Metavasi takes its name from the Greek word for transition. We develop small to medium residential projects across the Perth metro area, build new homes for clients who already know our work, and import the materials that go into them.

The name
Every project is a transition.
A single lot becomes three or four homes. A vacant block becomes somewhere people live. Metavasi Group exists to manage that passage — through groundwork, structure and finish — so what's promised on the drawings is what ends up standing.

Sam runs every project's program, budget and client communication directly. You deal with a decision-maker, not a call centre.
Supervised daily
Someone from Metavasi is on site holding the standard — sequencing trades, checking the work and keeping the site tight.
A defined scope
New builds and developments only. We don't take on renovations or alterations — sticking to what we're set up to do well is how the standard holds.
